You must be at least 13 years old to use CafeReview. Accounts created for someone else or for commercial impersonation are not allowed.
You keep ownership of the reviews, photos, and messages you post. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and adapt that content so we can operate the service. You are responsible for the content you share and must have the right to publish it.
No hate speech, harassment, spam, illegal content, personal data of others, or fake reviews. Profile photos and chat messages are moderated — content that violates the rules may be removed, and repeated violations may end with account termination.
We do our best to keep the service running but cannot guarantee it is available without interruption. Features may change, be added, or be removed.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, CafeReview is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (often zero).
You can close your account at any time from profile settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
